The terms.
The character of the page
Halls of Poland is a purely informational editorial ledger. The pages do not sell rooms, do not take reservations, do not conclude offers, and are not part of any booking or ticket process. Opening a page does not create any contract between the reader and the keeper of the ledger.
The text and the numbers
- the entries of the ledger — text, photos, notes — are kept by the desk; a fair reference to the source with a link is possible;
- prices are indicative starting prices for the season («from … EUR / night»), taken at the time of writing; the hotels set and change prices freely;
- ratings («★ …», «kept notes») are the ledger's own figures, method described on the notes page.
Names and marks
Hotel names, addresses and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in an entry is a reference to a place, not an endorsement, affiliation or partnership. The hotels are not responsible for the content of their entries, and the desk is not responsible for the offers of the hotels.
Errors
The ledger is corrected on note (see contact); a found error does not give a claim to damages for the informational text.
Availability
The pages are held «as is»; the desk may replace, update or close an entry without notice, keeping the corrections at the same address.
Law
The terms are read with Polish and Union law; on the personal data matters — the privacy note. Disputes: the court of Łódź.
