What is collected
- The contact form (contact page) — a name and an e-mail address, plus the note text. The form is a demonstration: the fields are validated in the browser and the text stays in the page. Nothing is posted to a server, nothing is logged from the note.
- E-mail correspondence — data in messages written to either desk address, kept in the mailbox.
- Server logs of the static host — the usual connection fields (address, date, requested file), held as short-term logs.
There are no cookies of the site itself and no advertising identifiers — see the cookie note.
Bases (GDPR, Article 6(1))
- (a) consent — given through the send of the contact form;
- (b) performance — handling of a note and its reply;
- (c) legitimate interest — keeping of the page, errors, correspondence file.
Retention
- form demo — not retained at all (page memory only);
- correspondence — up to 24 months from the last message;
- logs — up to 30 days.
Receivers
The static host of the page (technical operation) and processors needed for its keeping. No data is sold and no lists are passed to advertising networks.
Transfer outside the EEA
If a processor is located outside the EEA, the transfer is made on adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, with usual safeguards.
Rights (GDPR, Article 15 — 21)
- access, rectification, erasure;
- restriction of processing;
- portability of the given data;
- objection;
- withdrawal of consent at any time without effect on earlier handling;
- complaint to the supervisory authority — in Poland: UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-191 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

The note is replaced at this address with a new date; material changes are indicated in the text.
